Important Changes Regarding Tax Refund Assessment

New government legislation means that is no longer processing personal tax summaries (PTS) for standard salary/wage/benefit earners; Inland Revenue will be automatically calculating and paying these refunds directly to you from May 2019 onwards.

For further information regarding these changes please visit the Inland Revenue website ( If you are a PTS customer, is no longer able to assist you and any questions need to be directed to Inland Revenue.

We have touched base with most of our customers in these situations however, if you have any questions regarding your assessments please email us on

Once again, if you are an IR3 tax return customer, the new IRD changes do not apply to you so can still submit your returns on your behalf.
